1955 f100 suspension question/help

Hey guys i'm restoring a 55 effie and was looking for replacement leafs for the rear. My springs are sagging and starting to bow backwards so i'm replacing... i'm trying to stay stock no 4 link or any of that. Looking around the web i'm finding 2 diff spring sizes either a 24x24 or a 24x28. I'm just kind of wondering which one is actually correct... upon measuring mine they are 24x24. The ones i was looking to get are from lmc truck parts... but their catalog does not have any measurements... and i have tried to call customer service about other items and basically all they did for me was look in the same catalog that i was looking in... couldnt give e any definite info. So i guess my question is has anyone bought replacements from lmc? if so what size are they. If no one has but has a good line on where to get a new set of springs for a decent price i would appriciate that as well. Most of the websites i have found have the 24x28 ones.

thanks for any info you can give me

see page 131 of the Mid Fifty Catalog (online). 24x24 is 53-54, 24x28 is 55-56.
rear springs are 2 inches wide.

Rear spring packs are $250 per side. stock or short & smooth..

Maybe want to take the springs to a "local" spring shop , if you'r lucky enough to have on in the area , and they can re-leaf ,re-bush, re-arch your's , maybe less money ?? ,, and no shipping charges , just a thought ,,,,, Jim P ..
