Moving videos off of the laptop now. I will start editing them and hopefully get something up tonight or tomorrow morning. Had a great time.

A gallant try, but transmission was giving trouble.

Several of the guys have bottles but leave them off to run in lesser classes. I'm not saying that one was, just pointing out that its a possibility.

I realize that they can run in a lower class but when the fastest nitrous time is slower than the fastest non-nitrous time something's a little fishy IMO.

They should mandate that bottles be unhooked. Not just turned off. Then I'd bet the Ranger would be far more competitive over the top.

Their rules there really are poorly written and even more poorly enforced.

I just wanted to point out that Aaron did make it over the top thus he is "over the hill" and that must be a real rush especially when you see in the photo the front end is completely facing the sky in the air!! WOW!!!

rich, thats an awesome pic! the last thing i saw before just sky was a bunch of safety vests running away

that track was very soft at the top compared to previous races, and the front end was VERY light the entire way up that second portion.

great pics everybody!

who ran their nitrous? an official was asking if i had my nitrous off because people were running it. i bet it was an accident though, most of those guys are pretty honest and its not like you can hide it when the bottle is open!

I'd say that everyone running below 8 seconds up that hill was spraying... especially mr purple truck.

Ray, I think the Ranger needs a custom dust cover and a roll pan now. If you can't be fastest up the hill (yet) at least look the best doing it. It's already the prettiest truck there but I say now that it has a tailgate it could use a roll pan or painted bumper.

Bummed I missed the rest of the races guys. I was glad I got to make it up for some of it though. It was nice to meet you and your wife Rich, and it is always good to see the rest of you guys. Sorry that I sabotaged the F-150. I think I was just jealous of the extra two cylinders and the upswept headers. My truck told me too, and what my truck says...goes
