The rear calipers on my wifes 2006 Freestyle are incorrectly made IMO. The tongs that hold on to the outboard pad are too short, which causes diagonal wear on the pad because the pressure on the part of the pad that doesn't have tong behind it is not opposed.
Has anyone encountered this?
Has anyone found a better caliper to replace it with?
