brake wear

last summer i replaced 4 rotors 2 rear calipers an front & rear pads. i went to check things out today an my pads in the rear where almost to rivets an fronts are like brand new all the pins had like new grease in them an i checked calipers to see if they are hung up in the front an they appear to be working. shouldn't the pads where close to the same? an all the pads seem to have cracks in them. some one else said maybe from heat. i dont haul alot of weight to generate that type of heat i think any ideas?

The front brakes do most of the work, and should wear faster. I would question the new rear calipers. Are they rebuilt or brand new?
