Good luck. I would try a big truck place. We had a GMC dump, and they never could figure out what cable to get for it. Too many transmission options, along with 2 speed rearend options on these larger trucks. It's a real hassle.

If you do need a need speedo cable, post the ID number that is marked on the original, and...be aware that there are two cables, upper and lower.
