Now this is JMHO !! (and some friendly advice)...

If I may be so bold...were I you, I would first buy a real inexpensive used one, this is just so you can get the feel and experience of them when you lay it down..I only say that as there are only two kinds of motorcycle riders..Those who have crashed, and those who are going to..I have had a bike for about 30 years, and I love 'em!! I just want to save you some grief by making the mistakes with a used one, so you have a better chance of not messing up that nice beautiful crusier!! AND of course, and most importantly, YOURSELF!! LOL!

Thanks for the input Lanny, it is greatly appreciated! I have a friend with a beginner bike so I may see if I can learn with that.

Hello everyone, I have been away quite a bit, I came to Spradley Barr Ford in Cheyenne last August as a line tech. I was since the winter before driving 170 miles a day in most any kind of weather which left me just a little spaced out and almost in a major wreck with an 18 wheeler one night when I fell asleep.

Life has been good to me though as I went to Ocean City, New Jersey last October and to Phoenix the first of last month after 32 years........turned into a world class traveler compared to when I was on the ranch.

I'm going to try to get back into getting on the site as I enjoyed many good friends and good conversation in the past. I have not really gotten into online much of anything not really knowing how I felt about things but now I have gotten to where I forgive my self of my short comings and those of others as well. It seems life is too short to live in the past.......it just gets by too quick.

Happy Mothers day! Ford Ranger, good to see you around. I have been doing good, will be better when all things are coming together this summer.

Hey Pat, I was wondering how the 67 prodject was coming along. I will stop by a while later and check out new postings and pics on your prodject.

I was only able to stop by for a moment but need to get ready to go out for the afternoon with the Mrs. It is beautiful out today.
