157 = MAF below min voltage, so you need to find out why, check for B+ at it's connector at KOEO. if thats ok, check the sensors resistance, to make sure it isn't open circuit, or that you damaged it, removing & cleaning, or that it's heated element isn't contaminated by using the wrong product to clean it.
214 = cylinder id circuit fault. look at the crank sensor & wiring.
332 = computer isn't sensing that the EGR valve is opening, so check it's vacuum switching valve electrical connection & the vacuum lines between the switching valve & EGR valve, or the EGR valves vacuum diaphragm is leaking, or the EGR valve is rusted out & falling apart.
522 = not in park or neutral during self test, shame on you guys!!!! lol
542 = fuel pump circuit open, eca to pump motor ground. check fuses, power relay, in cabin inertia switch to see if it's tripped, wiring to the fuel pump & it's ground connection.
Let us know what you find.

Crankshaft sensor is at the front of the engine down close to the crankshaft pully. It identifies the cylinder position & location, so the computer will know when to fire the spark plugs.
The fuel pump inertia cutoff safety switch is in cabin, passenger side foot well, sometimes on the firewall just above the carpet, about where a right foot size 9 shoe can kick & trip it & if so, it's red indicator will be popped up & their won't be any B+ going to the fuel pump. The other location is in the foot well behind the passenger side kick panel.
The 522 code you posted says the computer says the vehicle wasn't in P, or N, when the self test was done, so if you have an auto tranny, are you certain the Transmission Range Selector (TRS) switch & it's connecting cables/shafts are properly adjusted????
If your 522 post was an error & was supposed to be a 552 code, it's an EGR system code for secondary air injection bypass circuit fault, (1993 on)
