The core is 24 inches tall and 26 1/2 wide and the top brass part is 3 inches tall (looks like brass, it's copper and would have been painted black originally).
Is it cheaper to recore or buy new? I don't see a radiator with the same measurements as this one for a 67 F100. What do i have?

The standard, xtra cooling and A/C radiators used in these trucks were 26 1/4" wide, 19 3/4" tall and had a much smaller top tank. The core is also thinner.
Because of the Super Cooler's dimensons, the radiator support is different, has a much larger opening radius.
The Super Cooling radiator is much sought after today, but is more expensive to recore than the other radiators.
If you buy an autoparts store replacement that doesn't have these same dimensions, you may have a problem bolting it onto the Super Cooling only radiator support.

I put a universal aluminum radiator into my F100 that I got from Summit. It cost about 275, the truck has a very radical 730 HP 514 motor. The motor doesn't have a thermostat, and it runs so cool it just barely registers on the temp gauge in the dash. I have a thermocap on it (a radiator cap with a temp gauge built into it) and it just barely gets to 155 degrees. The truck has electric fans on it set to turn on at 190 degrees, but they never turn on. I was very surprised at how cool the aluminum rad runs.
