Kinda crazy Question, only 1 header

Will it hurt my engine at all to run a shorty header on one side and the stock exhaust manifold on the other?

Reason being that I ran into a bunch of trouble with broken bolts, etc on the driverside, I really need to get the truck back together and driveable (ive got a new baby coming in the next couple weeks and i need to focus my time elsewhere! plus i need the truck to go pick up a few things) I'm finally getting the driverside header in and I'm afraid I might have as much trouble on the passengerside. I would only leave it like this for a month or so of limited driving, until the baby is all set, etc.

What do you guys think? Any experience with this ?

Thanks

Jeff

You shouldn't have any problems just running the one side... I would DEFINATLY recommend studs to hold the headers on! and used some high heat antiseeze on the header bolts/studs! You will thank yourself later for if you ever have to take the headers off again!

I would also start putting some PB Blaster on the other stock manifold now... You'd have more penetration time and will end up breaking fewer bolts in a month. Spray it once or twice a week and those header bolts should come out easily enough.

btw: 302, 351w, or 460?
