Arrow 1996 F-250 stereo replacement

Trying to figure out why there's no sound to speakers after wiring up aftermarket stereo. Wiring appears correct and stereo works but there's no power to speakers!
Anyone know how to fix this issue?

First step would be to hook a speaker up to the harness coming from the new head unit to verify that the head unit is working. If its working, then re-check all the connections. FWIW, on aftermarket stereos, I never use the factory harness unless I absolutely have to. Many times the factory just ties off the speaker negatives to a ground wire. Better off running new speaker wire.
