78 Bronco sway bar?

I had written down in my notes that 79 Bronco is a good donor for a rear sway bar for my 68. I've got a line on a 78. Can I assume they are the same?

I bought my '79 Bronco rear sway bar assembly through one of the wrecking yards listed on Car-Part.com and had it shipped to my house.

It will list it as a Stabilizer bar only. I contacted one of the the wrecking yards listed there and told them I also needed ALL the brackets, endlinks, attaching hardware, --everything associated to mounting the sway bar.

The '78/'79 full-sized Broncos are the same. The rear sway bar on a Dentside F250/F350 will not be shaped or configured the same as the rear sway bar on a Dentside F100 or F150/'78-'79 Bronco --difference in sway bar configured for a Dana rear end compared to one designed for a Ford 9-inch rear end.
