We're planning on getting back in the beginning of September. The Hensley is working well. I'm still trying to dial it in. I also need to get a lift done on my trailer I've dragged the rear stabilizers at least a dozen times

Kind of a funny story:
As part of the Hensley install, I had to add about 8" of chord to my 7pt in order to reach the truck. Well apparently I added a little too much and the chord scrubbed the pavement and ground down a few of the wires. I found out something was wrong when I went to use the right turn signal and the trailer brakes intermittently came on. I initially thought something was wrong with the truck! Had to pull off and wrap up some wires, ended up losing the brakes for the remainder of the trip.

Oklahoma > Newfoundland > Oklahoma
On our summer vacation to Newfoundland. Stopped along the way at the Bay of Fundy. Start back to Oklahoma tomorrow morning. Only problem so far is blow-off of Banks CAC hose from intercooler into intake. Fixed along the road.
This is going to be about a 7K mile trip.

Thanks! It's a bit dirty from all the running around. Had a great time exploring St. John's and the Bonavista peninsula. Saw a whale up pretty close today at Cape Spear (most easterly point in North America).
Diesel here is 1.369 CDN/L = $1.301/L = $4.92/gal. Ouch.

We took a trip to the Allegheny National Forest in western PA last week, Wed-Sun. A little canoeing on the Clarion river and some camping in a small quiet national forest campground called Loleta. CG had 38 sites in 2 loops, a former CCC camp. We stayed in the lower RV loop, the upper is mainly tents only. Very secluded area and very quiet. Lower loop sites are a bit close together, but not bad. Nothing but 5 miles of woods behind our site and nobody camped in the adjacent sites. The river is a popular canoe and kayak destination with good reason. Another fully successful camping trip!
