Have an 89 F250 4x4, just a whisker under 500k on the clock, on the passenger side front, right behind the shock, near where the brake line comes out the frame is paper thin and crumbling.

There is a little crease right there, runs top to bottom, but I think its a crumple point? I think my options are find a similar year frame to section bits from or whereas the top and bottom rails seem fine, cut out the flat frame side and fit/mig in a piece of plate, make a new hole for the brake line and bracket.

Any thoughts?
