1996 F150 - Aftermarket Stereo Issues

Hey All, I recently bought a 1996 F150. It came with a cheap aftermarket stereo installed. When I went to put in a better one I found out that the last owner hacked apart the wiring harness and had everything taped together. Since it's already cut apart I had just decided to just install the aftermarket stereo to the factory wiring. My problem is so far (with my friend google) I have found 5 different wiring diagrams and none of them are right. I tried to just match the speaker wires from the speaker to the head unit also, but that didn't work out too well either due to the fact that I still can't figure out which are the power wires.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated! TIA!

Thanks for the response, that was the closest out of all the wiring diagrams, but still the last 4 wires (for the back 2 speakers) don't match. I'm at wits end trying to get this back together. At this point i'm either going to go to the local pick n' pull and get a piece of the factory harness and getting the adapter kit, or just totally bypassing all the factory wiring and putting in new stuff. Thanks again though!

Well I ran into another problem...I was able to find a factory harness at the u-pull yesterday and I was able to get it wired in no problem (matched perfectly), but now I have no power. I checked all my connections and everything was good. I took my voltage tester and checked all the power wires, and I found that I have 2 switched power wires, but no battery constant power...I also checked the fuses and all the fuses were good too...

Well, I feel like a complete idiot....Today I figured that before I totally rip everything apart again, that i'd go and check all my power and connections again...Sure enough I only had ACC power and no constant, checked the inside fuse box and the fuse was still good.....then I had an epiphany! I remember that there was a fuse panel in the engine bay...nah, that couldn't be it, could it? Well sure enough, the only fuse that was blown in the entire truck was the one that fed the constant power to the stereo! After replacing the fuse, everything was perfect-o...wow, I feel dumb now lol
