Not sure what it can do for you, but who knows, it can't hurt 
I read in the other thread that you were asking about removing the EGR when you go with PI heads, I guess that's out now?
One of the biggest things you could do is get headers. That'll help it breath at the higher RPMs which is where the non-PI V10 is lacking.
