anyone know what other ford vehicles radios will fit the excursion? im trying to find a oem ford radio with RDS to put in my excursion, mine now has the 6 disc changer in centerconsole, and tape and cd in head unit, but not rds..

 

My 02 stock radio has the built in 6 disc changer in the head unit. It also displays the song titles and band playing on FM stereo. Unfortunately, my disc player crapped out and I replaced it with my old Alpine single cd player with mp3.

 

will u sell it to me cheap? i dont listen to cd anyhow

I had to open it up to extract my CDs out. When I clean my MAF and reset my computer, I'll plug it back in to see if it still gets the radio before I send it so your shipping is not wasted. I don't want to do it just yet because then I'll have to reset the clock and station memory. Cool?

thank u!!! its so great! it shows the info i wanted and tunes in way better! plus it had the plug for the factory 6 disc changer in my centerconsole so i can still listen to cd, even know the internal cd broken in the head unit! the only think i lost was the tape, never listen to them anyhow!!

my 2004 had RDS and 6 disk in dash. i really miss that in my '02 i either want one of them or a crazy dvd aftermarket unit.
