Any of you guys replacing windshields, I'd only ever change it out with a Carlite windshield.
Carlite is the maker of the Ford OEM

Same issue here, but add in a rusty windshield frame too. How did you guys cover your GEM? Any pics?

I have found grommets in the firewall, sunroof drains, heater box, etc. to cause this also.
Ever since I had the computer replaced at the dealership, I’ve been getting water leaking down onto the parking brake pedal and onto the floor whenever it rains. I never had a problem before, so I’m wondering if they forgot to put a grommet back in that would cause us

If its the original, it will break getting it out.

I believe you can put a newer SD windshield in it. It will say SUPERDUTY in the fretting at the top though. Theres plenty of options. Also, I think you can get the KTP decals online as well. Just take pics of the original position and replace.

Be careful if you live in the salt belt, the seal bed will be rusty causing the leak. If you live in a sun state, it could be dried out and separated. Rust is the worst scenario. Theres a couple of threads on here about it.

Same happened to me! It was a rust patch above the windshield. Bodyshop and windshield... cost me a lot!
