2005 F350 Front coil spring swap

I want to smooth out the ride on my 2005 F350 6.0L by using a set of 2005 6.0L Excursion coils, But I am unable to find info if this will work.

I believe the 05 Excursion 4x4 front still had leafs, and your 05 F350 will have coils. Why not just weigh the front axle of your truck, and order the coils that are the first step above that weight? I.E. If your ft. axle weighs 4,950, put 5200# springs in. If your ft. axle weighs 4,600#, put 4,800# springs. Then you will have the softest ride without bottoming out.
