I'm not getting any power to the middle pin on my pvh solenoid plug and no resistance when I tested it either. I checked the fuse and it's fine. Can anyone tell me what I should check next? Thanks

Like I have said before, if your selenoid has any open resistance pins, it is junk.. Start by replacing the selenoid 1st and go from there..
Ok.. with the key in the on position, no start, you should have 12 volts on the center pin like you said.. so i guess you have maybe relay problems..I assume you have checked all the fuses involved with shift on the fly... What year is your superduty ? your signature says it is a 2008.
2008 F250 lariat crewcab 6.4L/ I checked fuse 35 that's the one they told me to check in the repair manual. Do you know if there is a relay I could check? and if so where its located?
