Double check your ohm meter to make sure you get a near zero reading when you put the two probes together.. If so, you can order a new OEM valve from www.partsguyed.com at a discount price of $55.42...noramally $76.97.. p/n 7CZ-9H465-A ... Just email him and tell him what you want..

No, not yet. I've had an extraordinary amount of expenses and I have to use the manual hubs in the meantime.

Thanks for asking, though.

No power or ohm's at pvh solenoid plug

I'm not getting any power to the middle pin on my pvh solenoid plug and no resistance when I tested it either. I checked the fuse and it's fine. Can anyone tell me what I should check next? Thanks

Like I have said before, if your selenoid has any open resistance pins, it is junk.. Start by replacing the selenoid 1st and go from there..

So it doesn't matter if the plug going into the solenoid isnt getting power? I thought I'm supposed to be getting 12V on the center pin of the plug?

Ok.. with the key in the on position, no start, you should have 12 volts on the center pin like you said.. so i guess you have maybe relay problems..I assume you have checked all the fuses involved with shift on the fly... What year is your superduty ? your signature says it is a 2008.

2008 F250 lariat crewcab 6.4L/ I checked fuse 35 that's the one they told me to check in the repair manual. Do you know if there is a relay I could check? and if so where its located?

I would suggest you submit the problem in correct forum for better results.. Is it a diesel 6.4 ? see: 6.4L Power Stroke Diesel - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums
