Though if fuel keeps climbing like it is right now...we may end up with a pair of Focus/Festivas at the house soon.

Any more pics of this 67 Ranger. Truck looks familiar, might have a story behind it if it's the same truck. Check the floorboards from the underside....what do they look like?

 

The floor boards are gone. They are pretty much rusted out.

 

I actually might be interested if it's an automatic and the price is right. My daughter is in seriously bad need of a way to work and back.

Truck has sat for the last 5 years, I just got it a couple months ago.
Been working out all the little bugs, fuel system is the worst part.

 

Looks just about like the one I ran across several years back. Fella wouldnt let it go for some reason. Man had a YARD full of stuff from the 50's-90's. About 2 years ago I heard through the grapevine some crackheads and/or punk kids slowly started to haul everything off for scrap.

 

This one came from a guy that hauls horses to shows and sales. He bought a newer truck about six years ago and this one just sat. Was absolutely nothing wrong with it mechanically when he parked it. I cleaned every elec connection I could locate and soaked the rings for a month before I ever tried to turn it. Initial startup would make you think it had been run the day before! Rebuilt the carb and am now going thru the entire fuel system and inspecting the brake system before I put it on the road. I'm picking up the missing tailgate and trim from a friend this weekend.
