I would disconnect your blower motor fuse or relay and try to throw a battery charger on it. With the lights staying on maybe try your gem fuse. There was another thread going about a water leak through the windshield causing the same problem as yours. What year is your new truck? Did you ever update your signature? Good luck.

grant - updated sig.
went out and looked after i cooled down, im about ready to break the thing. gauges are wired to constant in fuse pannel near steering wheel. i did hear a clicking sound yesterday that sounded like a relay going bad.
heres the question, why would one go bad, and which one.
again symptoms are Blower motor on, and gauges on.
Gauge setup hot wire is going to constant in (inside) fuse box.
***looked in the manual there is no relay for blower motor on the inside fuse box

I was just letting you know the location if you wanted to disable the blower motor. Usually the relays click like that because of low voltage. I would check around the cabin fuse box for water and the GEM module is located on top of the fuse box. If that gets wet that can cause problems like you are having. I'm not familiar with the glow shift gauge install. How long have you had them installed and what fuse did you tap into. I think I would disable them to rule that out.

went out this morning to check the truck.
Pulled fuse for blower motor under dash, noticed it made that clicking noise i was talking about. i wiggled the fuse and that was the noise, the same noise i herd when i was in the parking lot one day and key out engine off it was making that noise. (see video)
The air bag light on the dash is still getting power when the truck is off and key out. the fuse was still in for blower motor under the dash, and the relay was OUT under the hood for blower motor. What could be leading this to get backfed.
Is there a relay behind the ac and heat switched, and if so. is that burnt out. why would something like that just go on me?
