Looking for a good running slick original condition unrestored but good and driving. Preferably in the North East, but will travel.

Welcome aboard; check the FTE classifieds; not alot; but there's usually acouple on there. Got a buddy with a 63 F100 lwb; been modified with a 302/ AOD, PS,PB; other than drive train; its a originial looking two tone; located in Middle Tennessee. If interested I can see if he can send you pic's!

It would be nice to have a price range to better help.

A nice solid no rust truck will be 2k and up. Super nice originals can run 10k or more.

 

Probably a lot harder to find a good rust-free truck in Northeast, due to salting the roads, which is murder on the old iron.

Had a neighbor, moved down from New York with a 7 year old car that was like swiss cheese!

Although you will have to drive further, I think you will do better finding decent unrestored rust-free cars that are still on the road and being driven daily in dryer and milder climates.

 

I have thought about selling my 66, located in East Texas. Let me know if you want more info.
