Why not just fix the head gasket?

 

cause i dont have the money for 1 for 2 my dad is being impatient and wants it off his property for 3 id rather have my old truck up and running and 4 well idk but gah im tired of this ****

 

money issues not withstanding. I am wondering if you have a buddy that'll let you keep it at his place JUST long enough to save up the money for the Head replacement, YOU were bragging and all gung ho about this truck on the phone and I for one think you'll be kicking yourself in the *** if you get rid of it over something as straightforward as a cracked head. cause you were all excited about it no reason Why you couldn't keep the 289 based 79 for fuel economy and driving in nice weather and the Big guy for going out and playing,hauling a load etc.

 

court i sold her yesterday and im kicking myself in the *** already but i did get a decent truck with only 89,000 miles for 700 i have to replace the bed and the passenger side leaf springs

 

Hmm ok since this thread is no longer valid as a for sale add lol. Give me the FULL run down on this truck with anatomical issues Engine,Transmission,Axle Ratio,Bed length,Cab size regular/extended or Crew cab. come on SPILL IT!!!!!

lol its a decent truck after i replace the passenger side leaf springs she will be good as new besides the bed EVERYTHING works PERFECT and this thing will FLY
