Good morning John, Rick, Pat, Sean, Chad, Curtis and all.
I put about 15 pounds of pork shoulder in the smoker this morning. I'm trying my hand at making some buckboard bacon. It has been curing in the fridge for about a week. The shoulder was on sale at $.99/lb. I used two different recipes. I'll know how it is this evening.
