Awwww Shucks I'm no hero- Just a guy. I guess the latest thing in my health (or lack of it) is my Creatine levels-- Normal healthy person should be at about 30--- Mine are 1023--- (nope no typo) So they are talking dialysis for the rest of my life (maybe) -- Sedentary lifestyle and 8 course Italian meals for 10 years got me. SO you better watch out you better not cry- or the'll take you away and shove a needle in your eye-- . ha ha ha
I don't know what I am going to eat-- I am on a all protein and veggie diet, no breads or sugars--- and I exercise for 30 min a day--- looking it up on line- I am suppose to have no protein and reduce exercise--
Maybe I am suppose to just sit here and absorb nutrients from the air?
And I just want to go four wheelin.

Good Morning!!!
Thomas called me last night on his way through Manhattan, on his way to Ouray Colorado, then about an hour and a half later, called me back and was on his way to Manhattan, then home. Fastest trip ever.
Turns out he is running oversized tires with stock gears, and on interstate it was really messing with his transmission. I think it might have gotten pretty hot.
