I'm no expert either but i did just go through this on my truck. what I had going on was... I had two UVCH plugs burnt up. I bought the doorman repair kits from Orielys auto and spliced, soldered the new plugs on. It was also a good time to do injector o rings and glow plugs so i did those as well. the whole thing was around 300 bucks. the UVCH repair kits were about 62 bucks a piece and come with the gasket and the plugs. It seems like this is a pretty common problem. Although when my cousins truck was missing it was a bad injector so its probably one of those issues.

Hmmm....sounds very familiar. f350rebel7788's has a bit longer and slower cranking time, but once running it sounds JUST like mine. So much so in fact that my kid heard the video and thought my wife was home with the pickup!
What in the sound of it (once running) makes it seem to you guys like there is a weak injector? Are there any videos / wav files of a "right" running 7.3 to compare it to????
