You are NOT going to believe this one. Went up to the city (SF) with a friend of mine to pick up some parts. Stopped at at station to fill up $4.54 for reg and $4.68 for premium. Since he was very low and the next station was a few miles down the road, said what the heck and filled up. Who know how much it would cost looking for another station and what their cost would be. We stopped in San Jose on the way back to get a bit and the station across the street from where we stopped was posted at $4.38 reg and $4.49. Still too much.
Ya know, I think someone should start a little contest. 'What will the price get to before it starts coming back down?' Everyone can post their guess and wait to see the outcome. I still think it will hit $6 before it starts back down. Any takers???
Hell I just paid $4.05 for Diesel! I kept pouring it in until it wouldn't take anymore. Made me wish the bed was capable of holding fuel. Thought about filling empty beer cans...
I saw 3.73 for 87, and 3.99 for diesel at ZAZZ at 15 and mound this afternoon.
I used them once this last winter, eneded up jelling, then from there the hose to the tank collasped, so I had to dop the tank.. .20 cheaper was NOT worth the savings that time.
