Installing a 302 EFI in a 56 F100
#17
Well my two cents, for what it is worth, this is the way I build my toys.... since you have a complete running donor you should have most of the parts you need.
If you are not doing all the work yourself and/or with with friends help it will be expensive. You need some wiring, welding and fabrication skills or available friends with these.
I have swapped many drive-trains from donors to cars/trucks they weren't factory installed in. It can be time consuming and you may have some hair-pulling out days trying to get things to work but strangely that is what I enjoy doing.
Remember Google and car forums are your friends, as believe it or not most swaps have been done before.
Good luck whichever way you go, very fulfilling when it is done and you did it yourself.
