If you want to swap it to 4X4 I have about everything you will need. I mean everything!.
Except for the transfer case and tranny. I just sold those last weekend.
I even have the donor truck with the front frame pieces that will be needed to make your frame a 4X4.

I FOUND 95 F-350 2WD.SRW.LONG BED IT HAS A NEW AUTO TRANS ALL NEW FILTERS. THE TRUCK IS IN GOOD SHAPE AND RUNS VERY WELL. I HEARD YOU COULD MAKE A 4WD OUT OF THIS TRUCK WITH NOT A LOT OF PROBS.GUY WANTS $4500 FOR IT IF I CAN DO THE 2WD TO 4WD FEARLY EASY WOULD IT BE A GOOD BUY???

Caps=yelling on the net and is quite annoying in my opinion.. I would avoid the 4x4 conversion if possible if it were me. If you have cash, time, and tools/shop then maybe..
