Ecoboost owners price comparison.

Now that more and more Ecoboost are becoming available I thought it might be interesting to see what people are paying for them and comparing some prices from around the country.

Please describe the truck you have by make, model and options. Also sticker price of the vehicle and what you ended up paying for the vehicle when all said and done. Also how many dealers you went to before ending up with the one you have.

I know myself I had a hard time at a few dealers before finding one that would work with me on price and getting the payments where I needed it to be. Some these places are really just out to screw you so we need to be on top of things or else it goes really bad really fast.

Heres a quick run down of my experience.....

Went to 2 dealers first which both of them tried to screw me or never even called back. The last dealer was excellent and went in that morning and left with the truck that afternoon.

Truck was a white Lariat with chrome package and 18" chrome rims.
Black leather interior with heated and air conditioned seats.
Power moon roof and power rear slider.
Sync navigation radio but NO back up camera.
Chrome running boards.

Sticker Price on the vehicle was $48,955
Paid $41,255
Traded in 2006 Ford 150 with 82 K miles ( dealer gave me $1700.00 Trade in allowance )
$2000.00 back in dealer rebates also.
Put down $3500.00

I really wanted the 20" Rims in chrome or Aluminum but after dealing with the first 2 dealers I was happy just to get a truck and the 18" Rims really don't look that bad at all.

I hope everybody else has a better experience than I did shopping for a truck. They really dont make it fun anymore thats for sure

Is that for a SCREW 4x4? I'm at $47,746 (X-Plan) for a white tri-coat Platinum, 4x4, SCREW, EB, 3.73, Max Trailer Tow, Nav, Moonroof. Retail is $53,380. This does not include rebates.

Dealer told me last night that Ford is cracking down on "better than X-plan" pricing. I have my dealer willing to go $500 below X-plan, however, if a dealer sells below x-plan, they won't get any kick back from Ford. They can always sell the vehicle for "lower than invoice", which is different from lower than x-plan, but they lose the kick back either way.

Have a F150 SCrew FX2 EB with the 5 1/2 foot box on order now. Other options include 3.55 limited slip and FX luxury package. Getting it for $36,676, MSRP is $40,510. I'll get the rebates in place at time of sale, which are currently $2500. That will give me a drive out price of $34,176 before TT&L (no trade). I live south of Houston, TX and that's where my dealer is located as well. Only went to one dealer. Have bought my last 3 vehicles from this dealer.

2011 F-150 XLT Scab 4x4 Ecoboost. 3.31 axles, XLT conv. package, sync and TT package. 7200# package with 8400# tow rating and 1649# payload.

MSRP: $36460 The dealer did a ton of research for me while I was there and I was able to take advantage of $3000 in rebates, purchased on X-plan and the dealer is making my 1st two payments. So essentially I got the truck for $29600 plus TTL. No trade and no cash down.

I would highly recommend my dealer to anyone. I even left their advertising plate on my tailgate, that's saying a lot for me.

Great thread.... I'm starting to shop for a new EB so this will help a lot. Locations would help too, if you don't mind. What is the "X-Plan"?

Mine is a 2011 Ecoboost XLT supercab, with Sync, chrome package, tow package, and a whole bunch of other options....but with a cloth interior. Really nice on the inside.

Traded a 1997 F150 Lariat with a 4.6 auto....and 183K miles in on it.

I got 2700 trade, 3500 in rebates and the truck cost me right at 29,000.

Pic in my gallery.

the Xplan is a partnership between Ford and you're employer, From what I have heard the Xplan is the best you can do a ford unless you work at the Plant.

I am getting a 2011 EB screw FX4 silver 3.73's towing package 5.5' bed truck stickered 40,800 and I am getting it for 32k OTD
I traded in my 05 SRW FX4 F350 W/142k and got 11k for her plus rebates

3 k on my trade plus 3900 on rebates I am ready to take delivery of my NEW EB !!!!

Purchased 10/29/11. 2011 4x2 XLT Super Crew, limited slip 3.15, convenience/Synch pkg, plus pkg, chrome pkg, tailgate step, trailer brake controller, MSRP $37,760. Tonneau cover and bed extender additional $2K, making list price right at $40K. No trade (sold previous truck private party), $4K other incentives plus dealer discounts put cash/financed price (excl. tax) at $33,900. Including cash from sale of 96 Toyota, actual cost $30K.

Bought from Fremont Fort, who treated us much better than most other SF Bay Area dealerships visited.

Bill.
