I would, but work probably wouldn't be thrilled with me taking the day off!LOL! I'll take a rain check on that, though! I need to get my smoker out, and get some smoking done one of these days.

It's getting to be that time of the year...nothing better than the smell of grill (or smoker) in the afternoon/ evening...yum, gonna have to go lay some steaks out now...

Best excuse in the world for doing nothing, is to sit and babysit the smoker for four or five hours! Love the smell of applewood and cherry smoking!

I have my steak marinating now...looking forward to a nice BIG, FAT, JUICY, YUMMY Steak later today! May throw some black beans and a potato into the mix...

I did some hamburger steaks and sausage the other night on the grill. Nothing fancy, some cottage cheese and tomatoes on the side.
