Hit and run help
Sunday my truck was hit in the Enterprise, AL Lowes parking lot and a witness gave me the following info. A maroon Heritage type F-150 backed into my truck and just took off. The witness got the tag number ( 83C64Z9 )but not the state. The police say they can only tell me it was not an Alabama tag, and my insurance company could only rule out Florida. Can anybody help ID the state/person?

Based on the format of the plate numbers, it looks like its Alabama:

A lot of time the police don't even want to mess with parking lot incidents and if its like down here in Florida, that don't consider it their problem.
