I put a set of PIAA's Xtra Xtreme bulbs in my truck a few months ago. I've always been impressed with PIAA's quality. I had similar bulbs in my last truck (GMC) and was impressed with the increased light.

Unfortunately, these bulbs are disappointing. The light is a nice, clean white with no yellow or blue tint. So from that perspective, they're great. But I can't see any difference in improved visibility, brightness or range. After I got the first bulb in, I tried it (against my house) with the stock bulb. The light pattern and brightness were identical. The only difference was the color.

My advice is to not bother with these bulbs unless you're replacing the stock bulbs.
