Hi,
When I open the doors there is click-CLACK! Sound, seems to come from the plastic thing that gets into the door that prevents it from opening too much.

I have used grease and oil but nothing, still makes that CLACK! Sound.

Anthony ideas on how to make it more quiet?

If all the doors make the same noise I'd say it's designed that way and you're stuck with it. If it's just one or 2 doors then maybe you're not getting the oil into the place it needs to go.

 

The "plastic thing" is called a Door Detent & sounds as if u need to replace it
I've replaced mine, but not because they were bad. There are modified versions (see link below) & I highly recommended them! Whatever Ford engineer decided the doors opening distance on the 09-14 body style, needs to be kicked in the sack hard!
