new purchase- new forum

New addition to the family... should be here next week. Very excited. Will be transplanting the huge svo engine for a 5.9 cummins. I'd like to redo the seats to better represent the era but at the same time add shoulder belts. Will be looking for a tailgate if someone has one.

Seller is a solid guy and had hard time letting this one go. Thanks Kash!

That's a really cool truck, glad it is an FTE'ers' hands.

What kind of Norton do you have?

BTW you should put your location in your profile

Welcome. I guess it's bittersweet to see a truck like that go from one member to another. I'm glad you bought it. I remember when he renewed that thread with some new pics back in the summer. I was very impressed.

Thanks. My Norton is a '67 Atlas- I like old stuff.

Going to meet the transport this aft. and bring the crew home. I'll update when the transplant get's going.

I'm in Vancouver, BC.

Cheers.
