Jack up one rear wheel, put the transmission in neutral, and put a chalk mark on both the wheel and the drive shaft. Spin the wheel two revolutions (instead of one revolution because of the spider gears in the differential) and count the number of rotations the drive shaft makes. You should get just over four revolutions (4.11:1) or just under five revolutions (4.86:1).
