Lol....that's funny! Mine has 210,000 miles and I think will need a refresher one of these days. I get more compliments on this truck than my 2005 F150 FX4 and I only paid $2,200 for it....granted I have put some money into it.

Well guys, Its time for her to go. It makes me wanna cry but I think I'm gonna sell her. Does this look right to you guys? How is the price? It was hit in storage this winter and I got screwed because insurance said they won't cover it cause it was "collision" and I had comprehensive on it. Check out the link and let me know what you think. Thanks, Mike

I can't tell anything but a bedside being damaged...

Hardly enough to sell the whoel truck for...IMPO..

A replacement bedside/entire bed is a LOT cheaper than a new truck...

No; I'm saying I vote for you to keep it...

Unless there's hidden damage I can't see from a pic..

You know what's there...

And if you get another truck, you have to do all this all over again...

So economically, keeping/repairing is the cheapest way...

I'm not selling it to get another truck. I have a 2005 F150 fx4 that is my daily driver. This is just a toy truck. The wife doesn't like it and I don't drive it much. We are building a house and something needs to go. I am just wondering if that asking price seems good or not?

I just don't want to sell it for less than I could get. I just posted it and already had a call on it.

First of all, I would try to fight a little harder for insurance to cover the damage. Do you know exactly what happened to cause the damage? It certainly doesn't appear that a car caused that damage, in which case it wouldn't be a "collision". If you told them it was "hit" they're going to tell you it's a collision and you aren't covered. If you told them it was like that when you went to get it from storage and you don't know what caused the damage, you might have a chance of it being covered by a comprehensive claim.

Oh trust me....I tried and tried and told them no one knows what happened...They won't have anything to do with it. My insurance agent tried to fight for me also and nothing...
