Theres a guy here that goes down south each month and brings 4-5 6 and 8 foot beds up here to ohio and sells them for 700 a pop with tailgate.

I'm a taker if he ever scores a factory-painted two-tone cranberry red with grey stripe with the 92-97 two-tone paint line height (not the same as the 87-91). I'd drive to Ohio for it.

I might even settle for a 6.5 ft bed if it has the right two-tone colors... chopping the frame and getting a new driveshaft in exchange for a rust-free factory-painted box (plus $700 and a round-trip to Ohio), I say that's worth the trouble.

Broke a front coil spring and never noticed. Here's how she looks with the new Moog 844 springs installed. Brought it quite close to level. Sorry about the dirt, hasn't been washed in a few months and it's supposed to snow/rain later this week.

It struggles, since I swapped it over to the 5 speed its a lot more fun to drive, even though its still slow. I will never understand why they even put that engine in a 3/4 ton truck. Its needs a BB or some 5.13 gears...

I could swap in a 300 or 351 without having to toss the transmission I just put in it. Diesel or BB and I would have to get the other ZF.
