diesel gas is winter blend. 15 gallons of diesel and 5 gallons of gas, mix and go.

 

Must be Germany not the US.

 

grew up in Iowa. the trucking company i drove for told us to put 90 gal diesel and 10 gallons of gas in the tanks in the winter. they were too cheap to buy #1 diesel. they wanted to thin down the #2 diesel, said it was cheaper.

 

Most winter blend diesel in MN is cut with kerosine

 

that sounds like quite the deal! hmmmm
