HELP! MY 86 F150 WONT START

i.ve been running tnis truck since 2012 with a jumper wire on the Fuel pump relay plug from the red wire to the one that powers the pumps(yellow ithink) so over this past summer i changed motors and trans.when i went to start the new motor i went plug in the jumper wire.i plugged the wire into the red one and before i could grab the other end it bounced away from me and grounded out on the master cylinder. Now i have no power.I checked every fuse.all fuses good.So i checked wiring diagram and it turns out that red wire is tied to the injectors,TAB and TAD solenoids, fuel pump relay,EEC relay,EGR solenoid and Pins#37 and57 on the ECM.WHAT HAVE I DONE TO THIS TRUCK?So I sprayed starting fluid in the intake and it tries to hit but wont run.A friend says the TFS Module will not let it run because i have fried the ECM.Is this true or did i burn out the EEC relay.(And where the heck is the EEC relay and Inertia switch located on my 86?)

You probably burnt out a fusible link over near the starter solenoid on the fender. It's called "Bfuse link" in the diagram below.

Yeah, I also say to look at the fusible links... these computers are pretty resilient to minor things like what you did....

I dont see how that yellow wire has anything to do with the red wire i grounded out.i will check the fusibles though.but what if there no break, then what? Also it turns out after some other info i got today,i had cut the ground wire that i thought was to a buzzer that would shut up when the key was on(the truck had never made this noise before)turns out it goes to the EEC relay.so if the fusible link turns out to be good, then i will put EEC Relay ground wire back together and see if the red wire gives me voltage again.IF NOT,what do I do next?

You said in your first post you jumped the red to the yellow? That would make them the same wire electrically. That's what the relay does also.
