Anybody else running a BWD Select ignition coil for their 5.8?

I realize most everybody is probably running Motorcraft, but I'm not one to get hung up on names. If it operates properly for my ignition system then it's good as anything else.

Anyway, replaced the FPR today and I removed the coil/vac solenoids mounting plate to do so. I had a BWD standard coil on there that I installed a few weeks ago, and when I went to hook up the coil to distributor wire, I noticed the nipple on the coil had broken off. No problem, under warranty. Of course O'Reilly didn't have the same coil to replace it with, but they had a BWD select.

The only thing I noticed that bothered me was that the coil itself seemed loosely mounted inside the magneto [I think that's what it's called- it's the outer winding that the mounting screws actually run thru]. The truck seems to run fine on it I just want to make sure I didn't replace one bad coil with another.
