looking to buy my son his first truck! i have the carfax... 3 owners i think the price is a little high, does anyone have knowlege of this model ranger?

of the top of my head I would say the price sounds very high...................I tell everyone the following and inevitability they come back and tell me they where not able to find a car or else they are so "picky" that only the dealers have the exact truck they want .....yawn...............I have found that most of these threads are posted by people that only want their deal "blessed".......

look on craigslist everyday. be prepared to buy the vehicle.....they show up and disappear in a day if they are good deals.........you also could go to an auction with a dealer and pay the dealer $300 as a fee...........I have never bought a used car from a dealer......and I help buy 3 or 4 cars a year for friends and relatives.....

 

I'd try to talk them down. I wouldn't pay that

Yeah, thats WAYYY out of the ballpark.

I was looking for a 4.0, manual, ex cab, 4x4 a while back in the years of 98-03 and passed up many at the 7k price with 100k on the odo.

Are there drugs and formulas for cold fusion hidden in the doors?

and no power locks/windows?

 

A year ago I found a ranger for a friend on CL. 1999, one owner,extrtacab, 4x4 50k, it was absolutlty mint, all service was done by ford. $4,500
