Hey guys just picked up a SF3 for my 6.0L can't get it to work so for with the canned tunes. Picked the tuner up from ebay, updated it, keep getting ECU unsupported, my strats are as follows VXCF9HF TQCK0HZ ARZ2AL11. Also I assummed this unit was unlocked but I can't find anywhere where it tells the status. My menu's looks different then described in manual on website. If anyone could shed some light on this it would be much appreciated.

You'll probably have to call SCT and get tech support to help. I always discourage Ebay tuner purchases for this very reason. I hope if you bought a "locked" tuner that you have recourse with the seller.
