lowering shackles , rear few qeustions 53 f100

I'm thinking about using lowering shackles to lower my rear end. They say it will lower it a few inches. Won't that change my pinion angle? It also looks like they would be to tall and hit the bottom of the bed. Any input from all of the experience out there would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Yes, technically it will, but it's not going to be enough you'll feel from the driveshaft. To get alittle more from the shackles and dial the pinion angle back in, you can remount the front spring mounts up higher on the frame.

They are very close to the bed when installed but just clear it.
You'll drop about 1.5 inches at the back with these
