Comparing the old body on frame explorer to the new model is apples and oranges. I love Ford but no 4x4 system they have/had holds a candle to the Jeep Quadradrive system. It is far superior. Too bad the rest of the cherokee is junk.
I'm in no way implying that the new model is a capable offroader. I'm just saying its not useless.
