help with tranmission 91 F350

can anyone tell me what could be making my TP senors keep going out? i just put a complete rebuilt tranny (E40D) in it. and it is shifting hard and fast when the truck is cold shifts like a dream when it warms up shifts bad and my TP keeps losing what i set it at. PLEASE HELP

When you check the trouble codes is the TPS the only one that comes up?

nope not no more it was and we change it agin for a second time now it throws a code 11 means system is clear

When it shifts bad do the tach and speedo read steady and correctly?
When you fitted the rebuilt trans did you fit a new torque converter and a new range sensor?

tach and speed are correct and new torque converter was put on. it was also dyno.

Sounds like you did everything right. However if the trans goes into safe mode it usually means that the computer has detected a fault. It will also cause the overdrive light to blink to warn the driver that there is a fault. When this happens there should be a trouble code. There is a build date before which the computer does not store transmission codes and I can`t remember if it is around `91. If it is then simply by switching the truck off you may be clearing any transmission codes.
Maybe try getting the transmission codes after the fault occurs but before switching the key off.
Hopefully some of the trans experts will give an opinion soon.
