95 f 250 rubber gas line hoses came off top of gas tank
95 f 250 4x4 351w auto...I had a shop put a new front gas tank on cause the old was was leaking real bad.A week later the hoses that connect to the top of the gas tank to the t connector are off and gas is leaking out the connector.IM guessing they forgot to put clamps on the end of the 2 gas line hoses that connect there? what holds the small rubber hoses on to the t type connector on the top of the gas tank cause right now there are no clamps and the hoses keep coming off even if i push them back on.do i have to lower the tank back down to do this?if so ill bring it back to the shop and yell at them a little.I thought my front fuel pump went bad now IM guessing it didn't the hoses are off and no gas is getting in.I was thinking the quick release clamps are the type that go there?anyway if anyone knows it would be a great help i don't really like driving the truck with gas leaking out. thanks

ill try that but one side of the t connector has a rubber hose on it with a plug doesnt go to anything.and the other side the hose is gone im not even sure where it went or what it went to.then i see the steel gas line going in the top of the gas tank in another spot.does anyone know what those rubber lines are for on the t connector?cause one rubber line like i said has a plug on the end.Now I just gotta figure out what are where the other rubber hose went to?Lucky for me the truck has a body lift so i can see the top of the gas tank.sure wish I could find a pic of a gas tank with all the hoses on it on a f 250 around the same year that has duel tanks like mine.

seems kinda strange to me.hasnt anyone here ever takin a front gas tank out on a f 250??I cant seem to figure out what the rubber hoses are for on the top of the gas tank.all i know is that one hose is missing and i have no clue if it had a plug in it like the other hose or not.seems odd no one knows its a 95 f 250 4x4 hd with dual tanks.

Those are not fuel lines.
From the "T" one hose goes to the rollover valve on the rear tank, one hose goes to the rollover valve on the front tank and the other hose goes to the charcoal canister below the battery.
No the hoses do not have hose clamps on them, if they are coming off then the hoses is old and stretched.
This is called the Evaporative Emission System.
