How do I edit thetext where it say "senior user"?

How do I edit thetext where it say "senior user"?
This on has me stumped, I've seen a few other members with their own things written where mine just says "senior user" (right under my username), but how do I change it?

The custom user title option is only available to supporting members of Club FTE.
