I have a 2002 F350 V10 with no cruise. Do I have any options to add cruise factory or aftermarket?

Ha.... Can't answer your question, but if you do this, be sure you don't get one of those older Ford systems that catch fire!

 

This might be possible IF you have a 10 pin flat connector capped off and hiding just under or around the ABS valve, left inner fender. If not it can't be done------trust me on the BTDT experience!

IF you have that connector then its a simple installation assuming you get the factory kit for your specific year and model. Also BTDT so know the year alone makes a huge difference.

I found a brand new kit for my 2000 E250 complete just as the stealership would sell me from the original manufacturer for just under $150 shipped. Via eBay they can be found under the seller name: dealsfromoverstock.

The kit would come with absolutely everything needed including steering wheel with switches, clockspring, servo, brake pedal cancel switch, various throttle cables and misc fasteners AND installation instructions. Honestly the most difficult part is adjusting the brake pedal switch--all else is plug and play.

The fire issue had to do with a factory installed CC where the master cylinder pressure actuated switch would supposedly catch fire obviously causing all sorts of problems and issues. The replacement kit doesn't have this feature since most non-CC vehicles also don't have the master cylinder port to accomodate that extra switch. Its a good idea but typically not all that important IF you've installed and tested everything.
