Hello-
I recently purchased a 2010 super duty F350. It has a great stereo, 6 disc, steering wheel buttons, but no sync. I wanted to upgrade it with a stock ford Nav system. I found a NAV system, its a 7T4T-18K931-BA. This ford NAV does not have sync (i think) or Sirius (which is fine because the truck does not have sync currently), Its just a Nav, CD, Stereo, 6 disk (out of a 07 Edge). I hoping that it can just plug in and work if i get a antenna for the gps from ford.

Worst case scenerio If it doesnt work its ok i can turn around and sell it again because i got it thru a friend super cheap. But Im really hoping it will plug and play and work in my truck.

Does anyone have any experience with adding a NAV to a truck that didnt have it before? Will it work?
